When you contact us via the form, we collect the information you provide: company, contact person, email, WeChat ID, product category, approximate quantity and stock details.

We use this information only to process and answer your inventory purchase inquiry. It is not used for other marketing purposes and is not sold or passed on to unrelated third parties.

Necessary technical data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interests in website security, abuse prevention and reliable operation.

This website is hosted by IONOS SE. Form content is received by our own server and sent to us by email. To prevent abuse, the server temporarily stores a hashed value derived from your IP address to limit the submission rate. The hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

数据保存期限Retention period

如果询价未产生业务关系，我们通常会在最终处理完毕后删除相关联系数据，最迟不超过六个月；如果为提出、行使或抗辩法律请求而需要，数据可在必要期间内继续保存。如果询价促成交易，我们会根据适用的商业和税务保存义务保留相关业务文件：商业信函通常为六年，记账凭证为八年，某些会计文件为十年。相关期限届满后，数据将被删除，除非其他法律依据要求继续保存。

If an inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we normally delete the related contact data after the inquiry has been finally dealt with, and no later than six months afterwards. Data may be kept longer where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If the inquiry results in a transaction, related business records are retained for the applicable statutory periods: business correspondence is generally retained for six years, accounting vouchers for eight years, and certain accounting records for ten years. The data is deleted when the relevant period expires unless another legal basis requires continued storage.
